Pixie had her annual eye check yesterday and as no changes in her cataract have been detected, she’s been discharged, which is great news. If anything changes, she’ll be straight back, but it’s lovely knowing things are good, and long may that last 🤞

Last year we needed help finding a safe place for a lovely large giant schnauzer cross whose family reached out to us. They were in a pickle and their dog was caught up in a bad cycle of circumstances. ADCH Member, Mayflower Sanctuary did not hesitate to offer help when we asked.

New Hope Animal Rescue in Kent does exceptionally difficult work. Recently some of the cases have been heartbreaking, and brought enormous financial costs. We reached out and a grant was soon on its way. Thank you for helping the most vulnerable, you are appreciated.

A happy update for Christmas 🥰🎄
MOUSE has the good news to share that she is doing much better since seeing the specialist vet. Her adopter, "Apart from the odd accident the incontinence has really improved and I have Schnauzerfest to thank for this." Thank you for helping us be there for dogs like Mouse.

Here in the studio we r all supporters of @SchnauzerfestUK a charity that supports rehabilitation and pays vet bills for schnauzers rescued from the horrors of puppy farming. Always on a mission to spread the word, this appeared on a post box (very near us) today #adoptdontshop

A beautiful day yesterday at @RoyalVictoriaCP for the South Coast Schnauzers Xmas Walk 🐶🐾🎅🏼🎄raising money for @SchnauzerfestUK @SusieBSchnauzer . We raised £609 and had around 70 Schnauzers in attendance bringing our 2023 total to £5205! 🥳 😊🤩 @dailyecho
