And then if so, I could create a Gameplay Tag hierarchy to set which weapon types (swords, bows, staffs etc) different classes could use, and weapons could be Data Assets with those same tags, along with whatever additional stats/visual asset soft refs etc?

Hey #UE5 Do I understand GAS correctly? I want to make a class-based combat game. I want LMB/right trigger to be my "attack" button, regardless of class. Am I correct that each class attack, i.e. sword swing, bow draw, spell cast etc, could be assigned as Gameplay Abilities?

"always come out looking wrong" as in not in the way I have imagined in my head, as well as not shaped/sized in a way that makes sense for the style. Poorly executed/sophomoric, I think.

Any 2D artists have recs for getting better at drawing character proportions? I don't draw as often or as well as I'd like, and when I try to draw a character, the limbs/torso/proportions etc always come out looking wrong. Should I start -just- drawing limbs or just torsos etc?

Today is my last day at @HeartMachineHQ. I've loved working here & learned SO much. @HLBreaker is my first ever shipped title, and I'm forever grateful that they took a chance on me. After the three day weekend, I'll be starting as a Senior Technical Artist at Bad Robot Games!
