Another amazing Drawing club! We designed a new assault course for The Healthy Wolf, written by David Bedford. We had laser beams, flying cars, spider forests and power magnets! 👌🏻👌🏻@canigoandplay @HighfieldsSpen1 @satrust_

We have been role playing farms after we visited one last week! We built pens and a pigsty with brown tarpaulin as 'mud' and pretended to ride on a tractor! 🚜🐷🐮@HighfieldsSpen1 @satrust_

What could be better than snuggling with friends and a good book under a parachute den 😍📚@HighfieldsSpen1 @satrust_

Our Nursery children continued to amaze us today with more Drawing Club amazingness. We made inventions to help Farmer Duck to do all of the jobs on the farm! @canigoandplaynow you are an inspiration! 🌟🌟@satrust_ @HighfieldsSpen1

We tried Drawing Club today! We designed a new tractor for Farmer Duck. We had tractors with burger machines, turbo boosters, floating tractors, rainbow unicorn tractors that shoot out rainbows and electric shock tractors!🚜 @canigoandplay @satrust_ @HighfieldsSpen1 blown away!

We have had a fabulous time so far this week. We made muddy footprints using our wellies just like the farmer from last week and painted or made pictures of farm animals. We have also harvested our pea plant and cooked them. They were delicious! 🫛🫛@HighfieldsSpen1 @satrust_

What a brilliant Sports day morning we had! Our races included: spacehoppers, pushchair racing, scooter racing, hat and scarf ‘grab and go’ and Spider-Man races! We had such fun! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ @HighfieldsSpen1 @satrust_

What an amazing time we had at the farm! We bounced on the big trampoline, had a blast in the giant sandpit, fed all of the animals (Mrs O’s favourite were the goats!), rode on a tractor and of course had the best time in the soft play! 🐷🐮🐔🪿🐴🚜 @HighfieldsSpen1 @satrust_

Ducklings have been using their fine motor skills to trace over pictures using tracing paper. This promotes hand-eye coordination, attention skills and a comfortable pencil grip 💪🏼✏️@HighfieldsSpen1 @satrust_

What an amazing week we’ve had! We acted our our weekly story, making our own rainforest and pretending to use diggers to knock the orangutan’s trees down! We climbed like orangutans and admired our art work! So much amazing learning! 🦧🦧@satrust_ @HighfieldsSpen1

Incredible moment today. This little 🌟 showed us the Bollywood moves she had learnt at dance class so we all dressed up in beautiful saris and outfits and had a dance together! Our hearts were so full! 💕💃🏻🕺🏻 @HighfieldsSpen1 @satrust_

In our music session this week, we sang ‘Mister Sun’, in hopes that he would pop out from behind the rain clouds! 🌧️🌞@HighfieldsSpen1 @satrust_

Ducklings read the story: “There’s a rangtan in my bedroom” and talked about the effects of deforestation. They were so keen to make their own posters to help save the orang-utans!! 🦧🦧🦧@HighfieldsSpen1 @satrust_

We have made the most of the glorious sunshine by painting on a large scale shower curtain! Working those core muscles and our creative brains! The best part was using the hose pipe to wash it! So many giggles 😅😅@satrust_ @HighfieldsSpen1

We continued with our Environmental care topic by creating something new out of a plastic bottle from home! We had a spider, Peppa Pig, an alien, a remote control and many other amazing ideas! @HighfieldsSpen1 @satrust_

This week we have enjoyed playing a subitising game where we shake a small amount of cubes in a cup and roll them, using our ‘fast eyes’ to say how many! We are Mathematicians! 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣4️⃣5️⃣@HighfieldsSpen1 @satrust_

We love performing in Nursery! These learners made a stage and also created a backdrop including lots of sea creatures to perform ‘Little Mermaid’ songs. We are becoming so confident ! 🎶🎭🎤@HighfieldsSpen1 @satrust_

During the hot 🥵 weather, we love exploring water! We have made some amazing water channels this week, exploring directional and size language and also lots of problem solving skills! 💦💧@satrust_ @HighfieldsSpen1
