With scroll target layout I get the view alignment but not the momentum

With every platform now aligning version numbers, is there an alternative to this?. @ available(iOS 26.0, visionOS 26.0, watchOS 26.0, macOS 26.0, tvOS 26.0, *). To become something like:.@ available(26.0, *). I've not seen it yet 🤔.
