This Canada Day, consider skipping backyard fireworks. They’re unpredictable, pose a fire risk & can cause distress to people & animals. If you do use consumer fireworks, check for burning restrictions, let neighbours know & follow safety guidelines. https://t.co/cXEEmEA9b7

The incredibly dedicated all-volunteer crew at Station 48 in Beaver Bank celebrated their 60th anniversary with awards this past weekend. Always community focused, they hosted an open house event as well.
