Just checked out the YHC bylaws. - per a November 2024 amendment, special meetings can be called by owners of 33 1/3% of voting shares (less than usual 50% threshold).- directors can be removed with a 2/3 vote of shareholders. Call the meeting with haste @rleshner @matt_levine
