I don’t really know what else to say besides this isn’t good. It doesn’t help business AND it doesn’t help families, seniors, veterans, and farmers! What are they even thinking?!.

This morning, I stopped to meet the ADK @IndivisibleTeam in Glens Falls. Mr. Scanlon pulled me aside to say he worked with my Grandpa Tom over in Luzerne. I told him my grandfather’s life is why I believe everyone deserves a life of dignity and the freedom to thrive 👇
Today, on his birthday, I’m thinking about my Grandpa Tom. He was born in Hudson Falls during the Great Depression. When his mother couldn’t afford to raise him, his Aunt Lillian took him in. His neighbors fed him through their window, and he met my grandmother—their daughter.

Deepfakes are, in fact, really bad!. Our towns are already being fed AI-generated ads that threaten our elections, impersonate officials, and spread lies. We need to use AI responsibly. That means putting real guardrails in place. Before we lose even more jobs, trust, and truth.

Billionaires like Elon Musk stop paying into Social Security after $176k every year. He calls it a Ponzi scheme, but he stops paying after 15 minutes on January 1. That’s the real scam, and it’s wrong. It’s time we guarantee Social Security and a dignified retirement for all.

I’m not interested in losing our democracy politely, and I’m sure as hell not interested in waiting for some consultant to tell me that’s the “right” thing to do. If Texas Republicans want to cheat, we can’t just roll over and call it a day. Time to put up.
The most annoying thing with this gerrymandering thing is both parties think the other "started it". But only one party is willing to unilaterally disarm using citizen initiatives . And that's the same party that will be down to bring all 50 governors together and ungerrymander.

Last month, I warned about a 133,000 gap in job growth. Now the June report has been revised from 147,000 DOWN to only 14,000. A difference of 133,000. Liberation Day keeps looking much more like an ambush on working families.
There's one week until the 90-day tariff pause ends. Today we learned we LOST 33,000 jobs last month, when we were supposed to GAIN 100,000. And what are Republicans doing while costs keep going up? They’re hell-bent on ripping health care from kids, vets, and seniors.
