This was a lot of fun to do. Last time I was in this room was earlier this year for the debate on #ADHD waiting times. Then only MPs could speak (although we'd done a lot of briefing to them before)- so it was particularly great to be the speaking side of the podium this time!.

I am still reeling from it. Some people's lack of consideration means we have to be so strong in being #neurodiverse. We have to carry the weight of the challenge AND deal with those that would prefer us just not to be.

Recent non-charity meeting, with @adhdukcharity zoom background on, I was reviewing a point & had a senior person shout at me “SHALL I SPEAK SLOWLY FOR YOU”. I am leading in #neurodiversity & even with the #adhd banner behind me the belittling & lack of consideration is shocking.
