What's up with @meetellie? I've sent emails with no response, the chatbot asks me for my email and when I call there's a recording about the call being recording and then the call gets disconnected. EVERY TIME. I still have items missing from my last box and no one to help.

The bad service continues. When the teller stopped just short of handing me money to go do something else and I politely asked if she could finish with me first there was attitude. After many years with @BankofAmerica I'm going to have to say goodbye 😡😭.

Waited almost an hour to get into an open @BankofAmerica branch. And there were only two tellers?!?!?! How is that acceptable with so many branches closed. Anybody have a good recommendation for a new bank??.
