I know Twitter isn't what it used to be and I 'should' delete my account. But I'm not ready to give up my tweets! This tweet meant I could look up @clairexinwen's review via Wayback Machine 🙏
I also HIGHLY recommend @madrgriffiths 'When Abuse Tops the Charts: On Female Agency and Storytelling Through Pop Music' and @clairexinwen 'An Apocalyptic Sensibility: A review of Ling Ma's SEVERANCE' ❤❤ https://t.co/EwD5LoP9ro

Marginalised writers often feel pressure to write about pain, shame and trauma. Writing about joy can therefore be a radical act of self-preservation and self-expression. Joy can be mundane. Joy can be fleeting. Joy can be unexpected. Importantly, joy reminds us to be attentive.

i hate when a <3 gets automatically turned into a heart emoji, if i'm typing <3 it's very intentional and a completely different vibe than a heart emoji do not make that decision for me
