In a thrilling, incomprehensible move, @elonmusk took steps to rebrand Twitter, one of the most well-known brands in the world, to X. Our team was even taken aback by the swiftness and chaos!. So, of course, we surveyed our social influencer audience to get their thoughts. ❎👇

This RITE Method works so well that many customers can collect 2500 answers weekly to drive continuous research and discovery! . The volume of data is incredible, but it's easily streamlined with Helio's realtime reports.

The RITE method was specifically tailored to meet the fast-paced needs of game development, where traditional usability testing could be too slow to fit within the rapid development cycles. It's since been adopted by a broader set of teams looking to accelerate product feedback.

The RITE method involves updating a prototype after a usability issue surfaces by participants — rather than waiting until a full study is complete. It was developed by Michael Medlock and colleagues at Microsoft Game Studios in 2002.

4. Gather insights about the activities that create engagement. 5. Ask participants follow-up questions about their expectations, understanding, and satisfaction. 6. Prioritize based on scoring and focus your efforts on those signals.

Here is an oversimplification of the Helio process to figure this out:. 1. Figure which activities are most important to your audience. 2. Create a scenario with examples showcasing your materials. 3. Present the next steps a prospect can choose from or click on. 👇.

That's why we love Pierre Herubel’s list of buying intent signals. One for the bookmark. It’s a fantastic starting place for evaluating a prospect's willingness to engage in your marketing program (.

You can test for buyer intent. Purchasing data is only revealed when a prospect transacts. If you want to know if your marketing activities are working, that’s a lot of money and time spent validating your efforts. What if you need to know if your strategy is working sooner?

Helio can help you test desirability, usability, and sentiment, waaaaaaay before you put it on your todo list. Before committing to an idea, quick concept testing will limit the risk of building unnecessary features. and define baseline metrics BEFORE ever building a feature.

"If we can all agree that the outcome is what’s important, not the output (i.e. a feature) then we shouldn't consider any item of work as 'done' until it's created the desired outcome.". You can check out his article here:.

A feature is only done once it's impacted your metrics. We love @ant_murphy’s thoughts on reducing the feature factory build trap. He rightly highlights that organizations ship one feature after the next, seldom cycling back to anything previously shipped to measure the outcome.

Lack of user engagement creates an echo chamber driven by HiPPOs that slowly turn your team into a feature factory focused on outputs. Let's remember the importance of understanding our users as deeply as we do our products!. Errr. we fixed the image with purple Helio lines.
