Big thanks to my support teams on and off the water 🌊 The best cheer squad, coaches, boat handlers, and team mates I could ask for. (Plus my mum not pictured, and my friend Tom who grabbed Logan by the hood as he dived at me during my sprint home 🦸♂️)!!

I’m now on the way home feeling full of adrenaline as I was expecting a couple more races! .Well done to all the @BritishRowing crews for brilliant racing.

especially when Logan tried to launch a running cuddle at me when I was in my final sprint up the beach!!!.I won my time trial, heat and Quarter Final but unfortunately racing was then cancelled due to unsafe conditions. I’ve never had an event cancelled before. .

Excited to be selected in the @BritishRowing Beach Sprints team for the World Champs next month! Typically the Thames has had its flattest couple of months in memory 😂 not doing much to prepare me for the welsh waves at the champs but that’s where the fun will start 🌊 🌊 🌊
