Finally made it to the Chester Beatty exhibition ‘First Fragments: Biblical Papyrus from Roman Egypt’ The ancient pages date from 2nd to 4th century AD, some of the earliest surviving biblical papyrus books. Really interesting & a beautiful place to spend a Saturday afternoon.
