If you have a life limiting illness, don’t be scared of hospices. Both @StColumbas and @mariecurieuk have services you can access to help cope with your illness. My @BreastCancerNow support group is held in the hospice and I’m glad they have introduced me to these services ☺️

For Dying Matters Awareness Week (6-12 May) we're joining communities across the UK to talk openly about the language that we use around death, dying & grief. It's not an easy subject but we're here to support those dealing with all aspects of a secondary breast cancer diagnosis.
