Something that is so crazy to me as a new parent is that sleep specialists aren’t covered under OHIP or most benefits… yet optometrists, dieticians, development specialists, hearing specialists, and more are covered. Sleep is one of the most important parts of a babies

And that’s not to say there won’t always be struggle, but it’s worth it. Just yesterday I had a mental breakdown but when I look at everything I have and the life I’ve gotten to live since I am so grateful I survived. Don’t give up, you’ve got this ❤️

TW: suicide, abuse 7 years ago today I tried to kill myself because I felt stuck in a toxic and physically/mentally abusive relationship. Now I’m here with my 6 month old little girl and engaged to the love of my life who treats me like a queen. I promise you, it does get better.

I switched to the iPhone 15 from the 13 (not because I want to have the newest phone but because I had to) and honestly it’s awful. The 13 was far better. The camera on this thing sucks, it glitches all the time, and the battery doesn’t last all day. Wish I could switch back
