There will be no border in the Irish Sea between GB & NI. The NI Protocol explicitly prevents the creation of one. More than half of NI's external trade is with the rest of UK, which is why the UKIM Bill guarantees businesses in NI will have unfettered access to rest of UK market

Main issue is obviously the use of the word “border” & political sensitivity associated with it. The fact that most of the new processes required will affect traffic one way is rather unique, so not a border in traditional sense anyway. Would a different term or description help?

Great Britain is England, Wales and Scotland. Guidance on moving goods into, out of and through Northern Ireland will be added to in the coming weeks. web site, seems there not ready yet either.

I find it strange the the NIO would put out a tweet about the IMB which is still a Bill & is not yet law!
Furthermore the EU Parl will not ratify any UK-EU Trade Deal with many of the IMB components in place.
