honestly, stray dog problem is a poor man’s problem, a stray dog will always bite a poor man who is carrying trash or watchmen or cleaners. Dog lovers are basically denying these poor people their right to roam freely on streets because they themselves belong to the elite class.

These dogs always in groups. All these peta idiots don't understand the pack psychology of these dogs. Keeping their numbers down will only save these kids from unwanted attacks.
@Simi_Garewal The order is excellent and follows law. Its very humane, especially towards the sufferers of stray dogs, mostly the poor Simi and not bored aunties in luxury homes. Its also good for stray dogs forced to be homeless. This kid for example does not have a twitter account and died
