I'm so happy! I finished 8th in the xtraining Codebreaker CTF organized by @kaspersky ! It was focused on IR, reverse, Yara and it was super fun ! It was my first CTF so I hope I'll do better next time 🤓

Just under 80 miles running this week… I feel like I will need to pull back a bit more in the coming week or two and pick up a bit of xtraining. Not ideal, but we can do this 👍🙏

More 15% treadmill walking this morning. Only another 4ish hours of moving to reach this week’s time goal👍. As much as I want to get back to run training, having these xtraining goals helps a lot in the interim!

Been a bit so quick update…. Keeping it pretty steady ( and boring🤣). So far this week. 15% incline walks on the treadmill in the morning and arc trainer or some other xtraining at lunch. Bike commutes in between🫡. Dr appt tomorrow! So wish me luck! 🙏

I’m not entirely sure what this means, but 9/17 was just a couple of days after I stopped running and started xtraining… It will be interesting to see if it starts to climb back up now that I’m beginning to run again.
