Ever notice these screws have part of their bodies painted blue? The blue stuff is threadlocker. It prevents the screws from: - loosening due to vibration or movement (common in office chairs) - corroding over time - backing out unintentionally, making a chair more durable

@TKHero1994 I like to use the medium strength (blue) threadlocker on the screws- especially the one holding on the ejector rod assembly because it rattles loose under recoil.

Follow up to my black glue question the other day, anybody have a source for this green stuff I see sometimes applied to grounding screws? All I can find online are articles on "why do they paint grounding screws green" or why you should never put threadlocker on ground screws.
