@WallStreetMav This post is just doom porn.... In places like Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, Oklahoma, etc you can still get a brand new home for about $200k AND the builders are buying the rate down to 5% and under. Some are no money down. People who live in CA, IL, NY, etc are screwed.
