@moving_charlie Is and has #SharedOwnership (on new homes) been doing the same? Why sell 100% when you can hike up prices and sell 20-80% only and keep the buyer as a tenant in perpetuity? In my area prices also rose sharply during 2012-2018 when HAs started delivering SO in large numbers.

@Andrew33080654 @nixonelectrical I took them into consideration and realised it's fine in my situation. It's just maths and physics really. My appliances will only cause DC during a fault and then I need another fault to blind the RCD. Il upgrade one day but no rush. Especially as it's sharedownership 🤭
