Homeowners who live next door to each other had spools put in 15yrs ago. Worked a deal w/my demo & plaster guys to treat it as one pool & avoid the paying the minimum as they can park their trucks in the same driveway for both jobs. It will save each Homeowner around $3500.

Pool’s almost empty, I climbed in and took these photos of how bad it is. It needed a replaster/retile years ago but the house flippers cheaped out and painted it, badly. The grey-green color is all staining.

Reality homeowning update. We have a tablecloth for a bathroom door while we replace rusty hinges and repair said door. We had a delightful leak we need to replaster. We have cute leaves to hang coats on, and finally have a functional hall with a place for shoes and keys.
