SK hynixの李康旭(Lee Kangwook)さんは弊専攻・小柳光正先生の研究室の出身です。私が助手として赴任時、李さんは大学院生でしたが、今やSK hynixの上級副社長・3D Packaging担当、HBM開発のキーパーソン。博士論文のテーマは3Dメモリ=HBMの原型で、その内容はIEEE IEDM 2000で発表されています。
