Working on this PHP MCP Client implementation has led me to ReactPHP Promise. I've known about it for a while but hadn't needed it until now, and I surprisingly really enjoy the workflow. The user-facing interface will be synchronous, but most internals must be asynchronous.

"Services" in Laracord are complete! Services let you easily run tasks asynchronously alongside your bot on an interval using the ReactPHP event loop. This is great for things like fetching results from an API and posting them to a Discord channel. https://t.co/TeS1G0Ovvu
