llama2.c in pure C from @karpathy was the only OSS project I could find that would enable running an LLM on the Windows 98 Pentium II machine. I couldn't get modern cpp (e.g. llama.cpp) to run. Everything else would almost require starting from scratch. Thank you @karpathy!

35.9 tok/sec on Windows 98 🤯 This is a 260K LLM with Llama-architecture. We also tried out larger models. Results in the blog post.
