Aortic Valve Replacement via Right Anterior Minithoracotomy: 55yo male with severe AV stenosis, mod-severe insufficiency, and bicuspid AV. Post-decalcification, a 29mm sizer fit easily, and a 25mm On-X prosthesis was implanted. Small incision, quicker recovery, great outcomes!

Started TCRAT-CABG with peripheral cannulation → LIMA harvesting via left anterior minithoracotomy. Heparin given before harvesting — and no increased bleeding. Efficient and safe MICS technique.
