@ETollo6 @MicrosoftHilft The problem is that I had to reset my Asus notebook 3 times in 2017, and since then the #MicrosoftSnippingTool that´s originally been pre-installed hasn´t been available anymore, so I had to install #MicrosoftSnip instead, but it´s broken every 1-2 days!!! 🤬🤬🤬
