最近在看Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity Book by Peter Attia 里面提到的Medicine2.0就是在追求增加life span，但是Medicine3.0应该要追求的是life span+health span，也就是和截图里的鸟类类似，尽可能让身体机能在最后阶段急速下降，在此之前保持较高的健康水平。这本书给我很多启发
