A snow leopard attack in Marpha, Mustang, killed 16 sheep & 3 goats overnight. The animals belonged to Santosh Pariyar, who had 45 sheep and goats in his shed. According to an official from the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP), the loss amounts to over Rs 6 lakh.

A snow leopard entered a shed in Marpha, Mustang, at night and killed 19 sheep and goats belonging to farmer Santosh Pariyar. He had 45 animals in total. The attack caused a loss of more than six lakh rupees. Officials from ACAP and the police have gone to inspect the area.
