It's finally finished! The full 2-hour course "Building a Typical Laravel SaaS". https://t.co/x5t9VC4rkv I closed it with 3 new videos around *MARKETING* your product, which is a typical pain point for devs.

This is crazy - I built a screen recorder in Laravel 🤯 There's so much more possibility here, so much more I want to be able to do. It's going to be so simple to record, edit, and manage an entire video course 🔥 Let's freakin' go!

PHP for iOS also makes pretty slender apps 💀 This is basically a vanilla Laravel install, but even a bigger Laravel app won't be too much bigger than this of course, when it's optimised we may be able to shrink this a bit, but this is a great start imo 💪🏼

Need your advice. Planning a new course on typical Laravel SaaS projects. Made a short list of features ALL/MOST SaaS projects require. What would you add to that "alpha version" list or comment on existing items? Maybe some of them are needed only for *some* projects?

Laravel tip. In Form Requests for validation, if you have a COMPLEX CUSTOM rule just for that case, you can put it inline as function, like this. Of course, if that Rule needs to be re-used, define it as custom Class. Laravel Docs about this function: https://t.co/gXkVBb5EAY

It's happening. I've spent a lot of time, effort, and love putting together this mini course of what it looks like to Learn Laravel from Scratch. An updated Bootcamp for the community. And over the next couple of hours, I'll be hanging out on the YT video answering questions.

My preference for Laravel Controllers. All Controllers should be: - Either Resourceful with `Route::resource()` - Or, Single-Action with `__invoke()` method Of course, some exceptions are fine, but that above is the goal to aim for. Am I alone in this?
