For some parts of the foundry we went "what if industrial parts of alien movies meet idTech4". Quite happy with the results and its not finished yet!

есть такой игровой движок, называется idtech4. на нем выходили шедевры из разряда дум3 и квейк4... ...и skin deep ...в 2025. такая видимо любовь к этому движку у инди разработчикаю кстати послушайте как кричат коты, когда ты их спасаешь из тюрьмы (не спрашивайте за лор)

We all have our preferences, but one that I could never get over in VG graphics is thanks to Doom 3. When idtech4 was shown off at Macworld 2001 running on Geforce 3 I was struck by Carmack saying "..the final unification of lighting and shadowing across all surfaces in a game.."

Same in video games, like here in the gears of war. Does this door stick out a bit? It looks weirdly brighter than the surroundings. Well, it can move so, it looks different. idtech4 would treat moving or static objects the same way for lighting/shadowing so this would not happen

@JunctionEight Unique & amazing storytelling, fantastic design and idtech4 never looked better. Prey is really special. We had a blast bringing the unofficial VR port to Meta Quest. Below is the trailer for the VR version.
