@VerizonSupport Verizon has the worst customer service. My FIOS was disconnected after autopay stopped. I paid in full over 24 hours ago, but service still isn’t restored—despite speaking to two agents. 6hrs ago I was told it would be restore in 3 hours. #VerizonFail #FIOSFAIL
