Had a chat with the landlord as I left for work yesterday and agreed that the marks on the wall in the communal hallway are caused by bike handlebars but not mine, bartape and dropbars mean a different height and contact.

This is my bike after a complete break down and remodeling. A 1996 Diamond Back MTB to a a hybrid 'gravel' bike. I went with slim tires for the time being. Changed the braking system a bit and went with dropbars for more aero position. 😎🎉🚵
