@fez_doe I play around with different kinds and usually buy a couple to try when I’m traveling. I’m on a no fluoride stack at the moment. Current favorite is Denticon, available in Thailand. Dentiste I use for nighttime and a charcoal ‘scrub’ 2-3x a week.
