Here's an irony..while no mention of $ is in this fed statute by it's name, $ IS woven into EVERYTHING mentioned. That means be default, for those piping political propaganda about how $ in parents hands is "free" from govt control. Hey, that #CommonCoremath really did pay off.

Only could a government mathematician and a left-wing governor (Wolf) come up with these guidelines. You'll notice that they didn't take math into consideration...for example: 2000 seat stadium = 500 attendees (25%) 2400 seat stadium = 480 attendees (20%) #CommonCoreMath
