The more i use other window managers, the more i understand how good i3wm is! in the last 24hrs, i tried configuring awesomewm and dwm (x11 window managers only), and neither was as good as i3wm.

Throughout my career, I've always cared about speed during work. Kde plasma kept crashing on me, hyprland was buggy for me, but awesomewm has always been consistent, at some point I'd love to explore a wayland tiling manager with an easy script for config.

It's not omarchy... it's Archlinux+AwesomeWM theme is a customized powerarrow from LucaCPZ https://t.co/eDCBiW0HU5 hyprland is only one of the tiling window managers available.. the newest to my knowledge.. i run this setup for the past 6 yrs.. always adapting it to my needs.

I'm using arch for a while with awesomewm and it's awesome, I switched from a MacBook to an old laptop but it feels like home :)

My next move, it's about to use Arch as my main distro and use awesomeWM as GUI, it's light, very ergonomic to manage complex processes. I like the fact that you use only what you need. #Linux 🐧
