Hmmm. so how does the new built-in JSON parser work (or rather doesn't?). I can't the following to work, but it works fine if I `.AddNewtonSoftJson()`. No errors, but input doesn't get set. #aspnetcore30

@Monica85Rodrig @JamesNK It works. It definitely needs to be cleaned up until 3.0 is released. A needed to copy some code from the aspnet repo, that is but not yet available on MyGet. Thanks @JamesNK and @condrong for your support :-) .
