From what I’m hearing, Adeel Shams (CoolKicks) would allegedly go live on Whatnot, selling fake/stolen items as "free giveaways" & "sponsorships." You pay to join the “giveaways”, then he “gives away” and profits off counterfeits & stolen merchandise. Legally, it’s just a "gift”
