在外選挙人証を持って始めて日本で投票した！期日前投票所は２つあるのに区役所でしかできず、(本部が持っている在外選挙人名簿と照会していた)しかも選挙日当日は投票できないらしい。 選挙日当日、投票の場所に行った人は在外選挙人証を持っていても投票できないということになる。
