My favorite YouTube channel @veritasium dropped a monster 55 minute video on ASML's EUV lithography machine last week. If you haven't seen it, RUN and GO WATCH IT. It is by far the best explanation of the technology. (And if you aren't a subscriber, what are you even doing?)
