If the advertisement told you it's a vectorprogram, people would expect it to be that and would want those calculations and procreate doesn't have that. Because the vector program I know from my teenage years that could edit lines are way different what we had only 10 years ago.

@JonFriedberg If the logo is in ai format or eps format you should be able to edit it in Illustrator or some other vectorprogram.
