@DingleTeach @HthrLynnJ @nleehansen @Kaitruggiero @sophgermain Great question. My impression is that it's slowly happening. I've been working on #UnderRepSyllabus. Mostly White folks for now- we're working to facilitate conversations about underrepresentation in physics/science. Need to do more.
