3 years ago today my son was taken, unconscious, to Lurie Children's Hospital where he was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Since then, he's proven to be stronger, more responsible, & more resilient than I could imagine. Today, happy & healthy, he runs 3 track events. #Type1Strong
