Screw turning down texturefiltering and lighting - just divided my screen resolution by 2 (still 16:9) and boom - #BioShock inf is playble with 30-50 fps instead of 10-20 :).

@KIRNEILL Few things: Reflex On does lower Input Lag when GPU Bound. On+Boost sets your GPU to the highest power state all the time (PowerManagement in Nvidia CP). TextureResolution Low but TextureFiltering is fine to use. Almost no FPS cost in all games but can shapen your picture a bit.
