Anyone else have their @NetAlly #TestAccessory do this? @NetAlly Tech Support didn't answer the phone when I called. I've tried PoE, Battery, New Batteries, Factory Reset, etc. This unit came as a part of my brand new #AirCheckG2 Kit, which fortunately IS working. Any ideas?

Apparently I did everything I was supposed to do on the troubleshooting side. Thanks to Luke @NetAlly for contacting me quickly and getting a replacement #TestAccessory on the way!
