I agree with Hon. @PaulAduPoku1 on the probe that the 10GB bill should not be approved. The Telecel network is very unreliable, and adding an extra 28 GHC to our school fees is not fair. In the end, Telecelgh would benefit more from this arrangement than students would.#Knust
