Today, Robotics class teamed up with the Junior Class's fundraiser to help raise money for Prom. Students had to modify their robots and withstand weight and multiple driving conditions. The result was +$88 and a fun project. @TuscaroraHS @LCPScte #THSTechEd

Today in PLTW Civil Engineering and Architecture, students learned how to survey using differential leveling. As a real-world application, we're surveying the driveway to the school. @TuscaroraHS @LCPScte #THSTechEd

Today in PLTW Principles of Engineering, students had the chance to test their statics knowledge out by testing the deflection of their bridges under force. Each group was given the same materials, but their solutions were very different. @LCPScte @TuscaroraHS #THSTechEd

Today was peer review of toy windmill designs in PLTW Into to Engineering that were designed in Fusion360. Students were required to provide constructive feedback on the positives and the negatives. I can't wait to read these. @TuscaroraHS @LCPScte #THSTechEd

PLTW Into to Engineering started printing their boxes for food. They are designing the boxes using sheet metal rules in Fusion 360 and around 3D printed food. We will build, test, iterate, and test the boxes again. @TuscaroraHS @LCPScte #THSTechEd

Today in PLTW Principles of Engineering, students started their bridge design challenge. We built and destroyed them. Next, we will learn about the science behind bridges and then design/build again. @TuscaroraHS @LCPScte #THSTechEd
