Lights! Camera! Action! Library users at the Thurgood Marshall branch have been taking acting classes that teach collaboration, public speaking skills, how to think outside the box—all while letting loose and having fun! 🌞 #CityofStories #SummeratCPL

Teens at the Dunning branch used their creativity to bring our Chicago story to life. From iconic architecture to homegrown musicians to neighborhood staples, teens worked together to create a mural that highlights the things that make our city the best! #SummeratCPL

And that’s a wrap! What a fun, story-filled #SummeratCPL! Kids read stories. They sang songs. Teens exercised their voices with protest banners. Families flexed their acting chops together. And they all learned something new – from math skills to writing to building confidence.
