@DeneckerThomas @BioinfoFr Bel article. J'adhère totalement au partage de code au travers d'une application Shiny ! .Pour une meilleure reproductibilité et une maintenance plus facile, je recommanderais les Shinymodules. Et même la mise en package, avec {golem} de @thinkR_fr :
