@AlanGL2025 @BillAckman I agree that it's in the best interest of junior preferred shareholders for the senior preferred shares to be forgiven. But, I'm not a child who believes in fairy tales or fairness in dealing with a government protected to do what they want my the courts.

$FNMA - everyone should research what is typical of pre IPO. Don’t ask me… but see what is typical. My understanding is risk disclosures are usually given. And for financial institutions.. sometimes sounds even more pessimistic … main reason is for legal shield.
